Are you a woman over 50 who’s wondering What’s Next?
Are you wondering What Else Is There?
Are you Feeling Invisible?
Are you thinking, There’s Gotta Be More
There is!
Here you stand on the threshold of becoming an elder, a wise one, a sage, perhaps a crone. However you decide to label yourself at this time in your life, of one thing we can be certain: you are full of wisdom.
Wisdom Weavers is a 4-month journey-of-the-heart for women over 50 that will support you to . . .
• Identify and challenge your stereotypes, fears, and expectations of aging
• Settle the debris from the past
• Harvest your wisdom
• Determine how you want to make an impact for future generations
Wisdom Weavers will gift you with the freedom and inner power to walk gently away from the past and into your elder years with the understanding of how, in your last decades, you will weave your earned and inherent wisdom.

Between sessions, you can expect to spend 2 – 4 hours of personal work to prepare you for the following session.
You either sign up for the in-person OR online option. You may not go from one or the other over the course of the 4 months.
This program is for women—and those who identify as a woman—who have done enough personal work to know how to self-regulate and get support if the homework, which has the potential to go deep, activates an emotional or spiritual wound.
Content
Sessions will include journaling, SoulCollage®*, guided meditations, time in nature, group discussion, and other creative modalities.
*If you aren’t familiar with SoulCollage®, don’t fret; I can easily teach this simple, powerful process.
In addition to the group sessions, you have one optional 1:1 coaching session with me during the 4 months.
Community
This journey is as much about creating community as it is about your own process. Given that, attendance at each session is expected.
We will have a private Facebook group in which to share freely, both your words and your creations.

I Am Not Old
I am not old…she said
I am rare.
I am the standing ovation
At the end of the play.
I am the retrospective
Of my life as art
I am the hours
Connected like dots
Into good sense
I am the fullness
Of existing.
You think I am waiting to die…
But I am waiting to be found
I am a treasure.
I am a map.
And these wrinkles are
Imprints of my journey
Ask me anything.
